The doctoral dissertation of the MSSES’ Faculty of Law Professor Roman Bevzenko was successfully defended at the RANEPA dissertation council. The dissertation topic was “Proprietary Security: Deposit, Withholding, and Titular Security Structures”.
The dissertation was advised by the Dean of the MSSES Faculty of Law Professor D. V. Dozhdev.
The dissertation was presented under a new classifier - specialisation 5.3.1 - Private Law (Civilistic) Sciences and has therefore become one of the first doctoral dissertations created in our discipline.
The material of the dissertation was published in R. S. Bevzenko’s book “Proprietary Security”, the presentation of which took place in March 2022.
